By Marlena is op 1 augustus 2012 opgericht door Marlena van Gils. Na jaren ervaring op te hebben gedaan bij diverse labels heb ik uiteindelijk de grote stap gezet door te starten met mijn eigen bedrijf.  Mode betekent voor mij diversiteit en creativiteit. Mode is meer dan een mooie broek of een mooie jurk. Het is een middel waarmee mensen communiceren met elkaar. Een taaluiting over hoe ze zijn en over hoe ze willen zijn. Wat mij betreft de mooiste taal die er bestaat.

By Marlena is voor zowel zakelijke klanten als voor particuliere klanten werkzaam.

Zakelijke klanten: commercials, fotoshoots, modeshows(evenementen), advertenties, televisie en theater.

Particuliere klanten: stijl- en kledingadvies, kleuranalyse, figuuranalyse, personal shopping

For me, fashion means​, diversity and creativity. Fashion is more than nice pants or a nice dress. It is a way by which people communicate with each other. An expression of language about how they are and how they want to be. For me the most beautiful language that exists.
